Event Staff
We are seeking dedicated and service-oriented Event Staff Members to join our team at The Main Event, a prestigious event venue specializing in weddings and corporate events. As an Event Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our events.
Event Setup and Breakdown:
Assist in the setup and arrangement of event space, including tables, chairs, decorations, and other necessary equipment, according to event specifications.
Ensure the event area is clean, organized, and presentable before, during, and after each event.
Collaborate with the event planning team and other staff members to ensure efficient event logistics and timely execution.
Guest Assistance and Hospitality:
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Direct guests to assigned seating areas, restrooms, parking facilities, and other event amenities.
Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about the venue, and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
Relationship Management:
Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the event planning process.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as event coordinators and operations staff, to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
Food and Beverage Service Support:
Assist the catering team with the setup and replenishment of food stations, buffets, and beverage areas.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, proper portioning, and adherence to established service standards.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and reception areas throughout the event, promptly removing used dishes and glassware.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other event staff members, including servers, bartenders, coordinators, and supervisors, to ensure seamless event execution.
Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on event progress, guest feedback, and any operational issues.
Support and assist fellow staff members as needed, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
Prior experience in event support, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing event requirements.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
